Cira may collect information you provide directly, including your phone number, profile information, photos, profile prompts, preferences, and information you choose to share through the app.

If you give permission, Cira may access your device contacts to help identify mutual connections and friends-of-friends. Cira is designed to protect contact privacy and does not publicly display your raw contact list or phone number.

Cira may also collect technical information needed to operate the app, such as device information, app activity, authentication data, diagnostics, and security-related information.

Phone Numbers and SMS Verification

Cira uses phone numbers for account registration, sign-in, identity verification, and account security.

If you opt in to receive SMS messages, Cira may send one-time verification codes for sign-up, sign-in, or phone number verification.

Message frequency varies based on verification requests. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

SMS consent is not a condition of purchase and is separate from acceptance of Cira's Terms and Conditions.

Cira does not sell phone numbers or SMS consent information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Contacts and Social Connections

If you choose to allow contact access, Cira may process contact information to determine whether people you know are already using Cira and to identify mutual or extended social connections.

Cira does not publicly reveal who has another person saved in their contacts. Mutual connection information may be shown in limited forms, such as a mutual connection count, depending on the feature being used.

How We Use Information

Cira may use information to operate the app, authenticate accounts, provide social discovery and introduction features, enable messaging and plans, personalize profiles, protect users from abuse, improve app performance, provide customer support, and comply with legal obligations.

Sharing of Information

Cira does not sell your personal information.
