About Cira

Cira is a social connection app designed to help users meet through mutual connections, friends-of-friends, introductions, shared interests, and real-world plans.

Cira is not intended to guarantee friendships, compatibility, introductions, attendance at plans, or any particular outcome.

Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and must provide accurate account information.

You are responsible for maintaining control of your account and for activity that occurs through your account.

Phone Verification and SMS

Cira may use SMS messaging to verify your phone number and protect account security.

If you separately opt in to receive verification messages, Cira may send one-time passcodes for account registration, sign-in, and phone number verification.

Message frequency varies based on verification requests. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Consent to receive SMS messages is separate from acceptance of these Terms and is not a condition of purchase.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Cira to harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit, defraud, stalk, spam, deceive, or harm other users.

You may not use Cira to distribute illegal material, malicious software, unauthorized advertising, or content that violates another person's rights.

You may not attempt to access another user's account, bypass security controls, scrape private user data, or misuse Cira's contact or social graph features.

User Content

You may post or share content through Cira, including profile information, photos, comments, prompts, plans, messages, and other content.

You retain ownership of content you create, subject to the rights needed for Cira to display, store, process, and operate that content as part of the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that content you post does not violate applicable law or the rights of others.

Music and Third-Party Services

Cira may display music-related information or connect with third-party music or media services.

Music availability, playback, previews, subscriptions, and licensing may depend on third-party providers. Cira does not guarantee that any particular song, service, or playback option will always be available.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Safety and Real-World Interactions

Cira may help users connect or make plans in the real world, but users are responsible for their own decisions and personal safety.

Cira does not conduct background checks unless expressly stated and does not guarantee the identity, intentions, or conduct of any user.

Use reasonable judgment when meeting people, and choose appropriate public settings when meeting someone for the first time.

Blocking, Reporting, and Enforcement

Cira+

Cira may offer optional paid features under Cira+.

Core access to Cira may remain free while optional premium features may require payment.

Pricing, billing terms, renewal terms, and cancellation options will be disclosed before purchase.

Service Availability

Cira may change, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Cira does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Cira is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.

Cira does not guarantee that the service will meet every user's expectations or that all users, connections, introductions, messages, or plans will be accurate, safe, or successful.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Cira and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
